Dr. Nina Clark, PsyD, LPC

Since 2005, I’ve been working in the field of counseling and school psychology. My degrees include a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, two Masters, one being in Marriage Family Therapy and the other in Educational Counseling with thousands of hours of work with individuals and families. I’m licensed as a professional counselor.

I am currently working with adults individually who are experiencing difficulties in a wide array of issues, such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, childhood trauma, conflict, etc. I use a variety methods to work with clients, depending on their needs. Some of these methods include Guided Imagery, EMDR, Mindfulness Practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy, Health Psychology etc. One of the methods I use often with individuals  include visualization and imagery techniques, which attempts to connect the person to their subconscious, in order for them to identify the stuck emotions still impacting them today.

Please feel free to contact me to schedule a session. All counseling sessions are virtual.

For clients wanting to use insurance, I currently take the following insurances:

Blue Cross/Blue Shield,

Tricare (HNFC),

Aetna,

Moda,

Humana,

Medicaid,

United Health Care (UHC),

Multiplan/Private Health Care System (PHCS),

and United Medical Resources (UMR).

Life's too short to be unfulfilled. Let me help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your true fulfillment.
